Glenn Langberg is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GRL Capital Advisors. Widely recognized for his ability to optimize the operational performance of both public and private corporations, he is a savvy negotiator and manager. Experienced in crisis management, Glenn frequently deals with time-sensitive assignments in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings.

Glenn’s experience as a principal in manufacturing, logistics, retail and financial services sets GRL Capital Advisors apart from its peers. As a highly skilled negotiator, he has secured over $1.5 billion in advantageously structured financing and attained over $1 billion in collective operating concessions and performance enhancements.

With a keen understanding of almost every facet of a company’s operations, Glenn has been known to negotiate multiple vendor, insurance, and employment issues simultaneously. This type of hands-on operating experience drives his real world understanding and sense of urgency when assessing business challenges. He prides himself on the level of personal attention he gives to each client and his ability to remain acutely focused on a client’s needs. Over the course of GRL Capital Advisors’ many engagements, Glenn has personally stepped in to act as CEO, COO, Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) or independent board member.

Currently, a fellow of Brandeis University, Glenn also served as a Trustee of Brandeis University from 2003 to 2007. He has been a Trustee for UFCW Local 888 Pension Fund, UFCW Local 108 Pension Fund, and the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority. Recently, Glenn became a certified National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) Sports Agent.
